It has become a tradition at our school that we teachers host a Daddy/Daughter Dance. Each year we have a different theme. This year our theme was “Sweet Heart” dance. I was talked into creating the backdrops for the dance pics. I was excited because I have seen numerous ideas that I have been wanting to try out.
Here are the two backdrop ideas that I put into play! They both turned out SUPER CUTE!
Backdrop #1
I used a variety of pink, white and zebra print streamers for this one! Just hang the streamers in a row over a piece of picture hanging wire.
Backdrop #2
I used a roll of wrapping paper for the wall background. The balls are the ever so popular tissue paper balls. I hung the balls from the ceiling with fishing line.
(I had to play around with the lighting to get just the effect I was looking for.)
Add a simple black frame and we were in business!
These are 2 of my partners in crime! (There are 5 K-teachers in all..we LOVE playing dress up just as much as the kids!)
Here are a couple of other teachers that could not resist getting in on the action!
(Thanks so much to all of my picture volunteers!)
I made sure that they realized that these would definitely be blog pics!
The pictures of the Daddies and Daughters turned out WAY too SWEET! Plus, I believe that there was TONS of fun had by all!
PRICELESS!
Those turned out super cute! You are an awesome teacher!
